She is survived by: her parents, William "Bill" Lethcho and Sandra "Sandy" Lethcho; her children, Sean Bryan Lethcho-Kohler and Lanie Sue Kohler; the father of her children Bryan Kohler; her sister Jennifer "Jill" Stewart (Craig); her nephew James "Daniel" Stewart (Kendra); her great-niece Myra; her niece Julia "Nicole" Davis (Matt); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ellie and Emerson; and her niece Jennifer "Kayla" Smith (Noah).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to support the family with funeral expenses.
