He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Michelle Ummerteskee Kirk; his children, Sonja Gourd, Michael Parker, Felicia Davis, Heather Wolfe, Megan, Harold Hill, Nicholas Falcon and Hector Falcon; his grandchildren, Haley Ummerteskee, Victor, Keaton Cross, Daylin Cross and Jordan Davis; his great grandchildren, Brielle Ummerteskee, Tatum Ramerize and Annmarie Hill; his nieces, Rosielynn Falcon and Makyna Riddick; his siblings, Alison (Kelly Lowe), Linda Kirk, Carl, Gabrilla Kirk and Tony Kirk; his half-siblings, Precilla Roe and Billy Roe; and his stepsiblings, Madonna Richie, Shirley Proctor, Michael Rowe and Ladonna Dreadfulwater.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home (1506 N Grand Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
