He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Curtis Carter and Betty Jane Williams; and his sister Donna Finders. He is survived by: his children, Storm Williams (Maresia) of Cape Girardeau and Cassandra Jolliff (Donnie) of Advance; his grandchildren, Stephen Joliff, Josiah Joliff, Trent Abernathy, Aliyah Williams, Asher Williams and Abbriella Williams; and his great grandchild Brandon.
