He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Whittley and Katherine Jordan Whittley; his daughter Rose Schrader; and his siblings, Wayne Whittley, Mildar Wallace and Audrey Burns.
He is survived by: his children, Dusty Whittley (Kathy) of Advance, George Whittley (Shirley) of Puxico, James Whittley (Joann) of Dexter, Roy Whittley (Bobbi) of Advance, Keith Whittley (Tina) of Advance, Violet Kirn (John) of Advance and Patricia Riney of Puxico; and his siblings, Gerald Whittley of Dexter, Delmar Whittley of Hillsboro, Betty Myers of Hillsboro, Emma Whittley of Oak Ridge and Bonnie Whittley of Hillsboro. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
