She is survived by: her daughter Shawna Frazier (Keith) of Pleasant Hill, MO; her granddaughters, Ariel Otto (Brandon) of Jefferson City, MO and Jade Frazier (Kami Grimshaw) of Grandview, MO; and her great grandchildren, Beau and Josephine Otto. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
