He is survived by: his wife Judith Marlene Ward; his children, Kevin Arthur (Kim), Kerry Arthur (Alysia) and Kim Parmenter (Daniel); his grandchildren, Katelyn (Juan), Dylan (Karsen), Quincy, Vance and Zaide; and his stepgrandchildren, Alisha (Winston), Chelsey (JR) and Brooke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
