She is survived by : her husband George Edward Cook; her children, Mary and Westerns; her pet Bella; and her children, Debbie Ayers (LD), Ed Cook (Sharon) of Turney, MO, Dan Cook of Turney, MO, Nancy Rothwell of Middletown, OH, Patty Findley (Dale) of Albany, MO, Barbara Holtz (Jim) of Turney, MO and Linda Weddle (Chris) of Cameron, MO. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
