He was predeceased by : his parents, Wayne Emerson and Emma "Trudy" Gertrude Miller (Price); his son Frank "Frankie" Andrew; his in-laws, Mary and Daniel Curran; and his siblings-in-law, Maureen Barrett, John Curran, Daniel Curran, Eamon Kelly and John Barrett.
He is survived by : his wife Julia "Sheila" Christina Miller of Albany; his son John Miller of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Cody Miller (Meghann), Trent Miller and Jetti Miller; his daughter Kerry Roe (Jim) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Cailey Roe and Conor Roe; his son Thomas Miller (Melissa) of Fairfield, CT; his grandchildren, Sawyer Miller and Hadley Miller; his brother John Miller (Jean) of Holt, MO; and his sisters-in-law, Bridget Kelly, Eileen O'Connell (Daniel) and Mary Curran. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
