He is survived by: his wife Kay Evans; his children, Krista Evans and Kyle Evans (Ashley); his grandchildren, Chole, Ellie, Rhett, Hayden and Reese; and his sisters, Vanessa Maze (Bill), Lori Fite (Will) and Valerie Lynch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
