He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Devine and Lillian Devine; and his siblings, Mary Mahler, Bill Devine, Jim Devine and Leo Devine.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Devine (Becky) of Eureka, David Devine (Bonnie) of Pacific, Robert Devine, Jr. of New Brighton, Sara Brkljack (Robert) of Pacific, Steven Devine (Karen) of Pacific and Joseph Devine (Pam) of Washington; and his grandchildren, Christy, Nicki, Patrick and Payton. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
