Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Spike leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his mother Pat Steinkuhler (Randy) of Sweet Springs, MO; his daughter Stacy Stewart (Jeff) of Eldorado Springs, MO; his grandsons, Camden and Carsen; his brother Jay Harrington (Kim) of Concordia, MO; his uncle Mike McDonald (Carol) of Sedalia, MO; his aunt Janet Flett (Rick) of Ashland, MO; and his nephews, Chris and Alex Harrington of Concordia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
