He is survived by : his mother Christine Grace Fraser Murakami of Cape Girardeau; his wife Laura Murakami of Altenburg; his children, Dylan Murakami (Olivia Grooms) of Charleston and Meagen Murakami (Tyler Shelton); his grandchild Kami of Jackson; his daughter Christian Murakami; his grandchildren, Tucker Keele and Ariana Murakami of Jackson; his siblings, Daniel Murakami (Dawn) of Cape Girardeau, Greg Murakami (Kristie) of Millersville, Missouri and Tara Patterson (David) of Cape Girardeau; his parents-in-law, Stuart and Beatrice Mashek of Scott City, Missouri; and his brother-in-law Brian Mashek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
