He is survived by: his wife Sharon Bates; his grandchildren, Casey Whittaker (Zac), Cowdy Rowden, Jordan Burnett, Shane Stotler, Mason Hollis and Landon Hollis; and his great grandchildren, Brook, Autumn, Emma, Nevaeh and Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
