He was predeceased by: his parent Clessie "JoAnn" Hollis. He is survived by: his children, Beth Padgett (Brandon) of Bay and Michael Crowell (Khristy) of Alton; his grandchildren, Logan, Savannah, Alexis, Blake and Chase; his great grandchild Wyatt; his mother-in-law Phyllis Bell; and his sisters-in-law, Annette (Kenny) and Lisa. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
