She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Smith and Ethel Blankenship Smith; her husband Dow Williams; her children, Donnie Williams and Rita Hurtado; her son-in-law Bill Williams; her grandsons, Marshall, Josh and Dustin; and her great grandchild Brianna.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy Williams (Terri) and Janice Williams; her grandchildren, Nick, Cora and Mekeia; her great grandchildren, Gage, Emily, Paton, Landon, Rider, Hunter, Kaleb, Kyler and Jasmin; and her son-in-law Bill Hurtado. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
