She was predeceased by: her grandmother Tennie Dills Howell; her parents, Wayne Howell and Mildred Howell (Andrews); her husband Roscoe Simmons; her siblings, Ronnie Howell and Judy Woods (Don); and her nephew Scott Woods.
She is survived by: her son Randy Simmons of Alton, MO; her brother Eddie Howell (Margie) of Birch Tree, MO; and her sister-in-law Linda Howell of Birch Tree, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
