She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Neese and Rosalie Nowman Neese (Mark Ashley); and her daughter Rosalie Mae Girdley. She is survived by: her children, Billy Joe Palmer, Helen Campbell (Alvin), Patricia Palmer and Francis Marion "Mick" Palmer, III of Mark Ashley, JR. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clary Funeral Home (102 Vine St, Alton, MO 65606). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
