She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Ray Vaughn, Sr.; her parents, Harold Levi Fleshman Sr. and Esther Josephine Fleshman; and her siblings, Francis Fleshman, Kathleen Gayle and Harold Levi Fleshman, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Ray Vaughn, Theresa Gayle James (Butch), Rickey Lee Vaughn (Holly), Cary Linn Vaughn (Jammie), Kathy Irene Allwood (Mark), Kay Marie Vaughn, Sherrie Rena Vaughn (Moises), Harold Dean Vaughn (Misty) and Scott Michael Vaughn; her grandchildren, Brandi Donahoo, Ty Vaughn, Travis James, Marly McCracken (James), Rickey Vaughn Jr., Jared Vaughn, Danielle O'Connell (Vaughn), Brandon Vaughn, Breaunna Kirsch (Vaughn), Caitlin Brady, Austin Brady, Krissa Hubbard, Jessica Cox (Vaughn) and Jazmyn Gregg; her brothers, Ben Fleshman (Norma) and Dean Fleshman (Linda); her sister-in-law Barbara Fleshman; her sons-in-law, Mark Pierce and Greg Allwood; and her parents-in-law, Anna Barbara Vaughn and John Henry Vaughn.
