He was predeceased by: his parents, George P. Clay and Ruby Fern Grimsley Clay; and his brothers, Paul Clay and Wendell Clay. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Clay (Cecelia) of Pleasanton, Kansas, Jane Jennings (Dick) of Rich Hill, Helen Huggins (Willard) of Worland and Doris Johnson (Kendall) of Mound City, Kansas. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
