She was predeceased by: her parent Wilma McGuire; her sisters, Cheryl, Theresa (Jim), Vicki (Mike) and Rita (Larry); and her parents-in-law, Bill and Marjorie Lewis.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Lewis of Amsterdam, Missouri; her children, Chad Lewis (Michelle) of Freeman, Christy DeBruin (Rick) of Butler, Missouri, Andrew Lewis (Terri) of Butler, Missouri and Carrie Lewis (Josh) of Butler, Missouri; her grandchildren, Shay, Samara, Gaven, Parker, Abby, Cohen, Addie, Keeley and Rylee; her great grandchild Hadley; and her siblings, Carroll and Richard. She is also survived by grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in law.
