He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Webster Thomas and Thelma Nadine Thomas (Meeks); and his brothers, Charles, Donald and Delbert Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Thomas (Paula) of Anderson, Kevin Thomas (Kim) of Nowata, Pam Curtis (Larry) of Neosho and Dr. Robert Thomas (Ashley) of Grove, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Veldia Rideout of Rogers, Arkansas, Richard Lee "Dick" Thomas of Topeka and Danny Thomas of Cameron, Missouri. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
