He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Wentz and Doris Diane Wentz (Strahm); and his son Jimmy Joe Walters. He is survived by: his son Eric Robert Wentz (Shauna); his wife Cindy Hawkins; his daughter Amie Walters; his grandchildren, Odyssey Mae Wentz, Martin Munoz, Natalee Munoz and Jazzy Walters; and his sisters, Sara Wentz (Aileen Ball) and Susan Wentz.
