He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Midkiff and Dorcy Midkiff (Stevenson); and his siblings, Charles Edward Midkiff, John Paul Midkiff, Ronald Lee Midkiff, James Arthur "Leo" Castlie, Harry Inman Midkiff, Jr., David Gary Midkiff, Belle Midkiff (Bone-Coy), Ruth Naomi Gollaher and Beverly Ann Midkiff (Funk-Vance).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Holly Womble (Garret), Hannah Midkiff, Kasen Midkiff and Caven Midkiff; his great grandchild Parker; and his siblings, Earl Midkiff (Anna Lou), Mae Staples and Sharon Lloyd. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the South Iron Senior Beta Club in honor of Olen Lee Midkiff.
