He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fayette Marshall and Mame Christine Marshall (Townsend); his former wife Mildred Smith; and his siblings, Ruth Ellen Brown, Doris Owens, Judy Bowen, Brenda Holdiness, John Marshall and Billy Wayne Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Marshall of Anniston, MO; his children, Debbie Gibbs (Allen) of Van Buren, MO, Dianne Gossett (Tim) of Van Buren, MO and Deral Marshall (Janice) of Van Buren, MO.; his stepson Todd Smoot (Krissy) of Arizona; and his siblings, Joy Ivie and Dennis Marshall (Linda). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and many relatives and friends.
