He is survived by: his wife Marylyn Piepmeier; and his cousins, Jim Evans, David Evans and Helen Ford.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hill & Son Funeral Home (213 W 6th St, Appleton City, MO 64724). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at the Appleton City Cemetery (13500 NW 1000 Rd, Appleton City, MO 64724).
Dale's wishes were for any memorial donations to be given to the AC Athletic Booster Club.
