He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Byron McClelland and Edna Lucille McClelland (Swick); and his wife Joan Keeton. He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce Cornwell, Virginia Atkins and Donna Voss; and his caregivers, Dennis and Debbie Ray. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
