With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ruth Justis of Appleton City, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Phelps and Ada Mae Phelps (Maly); her husband Wayne; her sister Jean Jenkins; and her grandson Dustin Boehler.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Justis of Long Beach, Mississippi and Dorene Boehler (Gary) of Montrose; and her brother Terry Phelps (Sandy). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Missouri Veterans Home-Warrensburg.
