Though Shirley Jo may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shirley Jo touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Smith and Betty Smith; her husband Bobby Ladner; and her son Stephen Anderton. She is survived by: her sister Stephanie Piper (Kevin Minor Sr.) of Appleton City, Missouri.; her sibling's children, Jennifer Stephens (Dustin) of Lowry City, Julie Drake (Larry) of Osceola, Missouri. and Justin Piper (Rebecca) of Chicago Illinois; her stepdaughter Laura West of Kansas; and her great-nieces, Tiffany Piper of Knob Noster, Morgan Walden of Warrensburg, Amber Walden of Osceola, Cecilia Piper of Chicago Illinois and Dusty Braun of Appleton City, Missouri..
