Danny Dewayne Dempsey, age 67, of Arbyrd, Missouri passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025 at his home. He was born on March 27, 1958 in Kennett, Missouri to the late Austin Dempsey and Maxine Melvin. Danny was a United States Army Veteran. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include; his son: John Dempsey (Carolyn) of Hillsboro, Missouri; granddaughter: Emma Dempsey of Hillsboro, Missouri; mother: Maxine Melvin of Arbyrd, Missouri; three brothers: Michael Dempsey of Arbyrd, Missouri, Larry Dempsey of South Haven. Mississippi, Ed Dempsey of Leachville, Arkansas; three sisters: Caroline Rece of Leachville, Arkansas, Patricia Mcloninger of Leachville, Arkansas, Margaret Cloud of Monette, Arkansas and a host of other family and friends.

In addition to his father, he is also preceded in death by; his son: David Dempsey; step-father: Blake Melvin; one brother: Gary Dempsey; and two sisters: Linda Perkins and Mary Elizabeth Melvin.

The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
