He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe L. Palmer and Ethel Mae Stanfill Palmer; and his siblings, Melvin, Vernon, Joe W. Palmer and Dorothy Glenell Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Geneva Palmer of Arbyrd, Missouri.; and his children, Phillip Dean Palmer of Kennett, Missouri. and Flora Mae Smith of Arbyrd.
