He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Couch and Dorothy Warden Couch. He is survived by: his children, Joey Hockenberry (Tara) of Ironton, MO and Brandi Reed (Andrew) of Pevely, MO.; his grandchildren, Trever, Kohl, Hunter, Riley, Garret, Donte', Chris, Brooklyn and Sean; and his siblings, Dale Couch of Pacific, MO, Darlene Kennon of Park Hills, Diane Valentine and Dorothy Massey of Gateway, MO.
In lieu of Flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House or to Doug's Family.
