He is survived by: his wife Mae Rutter (Chitwood); his daughter Marlaina Pitts (Amon) of Ironton, MO; his granddaughter Belinda Aidan Kincade (Brett) of New Orleans; his siblings, Virginia "Jenny" Merla Rapps of Swansea, IL and Jack Rutter (Edith) of Annapolis, MO; his daughter Alta Haverstick (Brandon); and his granddaughter Braylee Haverstick. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children in Paul's honor.
