She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Leroy and Donna Jean Schlagle (Stuart). She is survived by: her daughter Kaylin Smith of Garden City; her sister Melissa Schlagle of Peculiar; her nephew Christopher Schlagle of Pleasant Hill; her uncle Charles Stuart of New Port Richey, Florida; and her aunts, Mary Schnell of Booneville, Rosetta Beemer of Archie and Laura Shook of Kansas City. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
