He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Thomas and Edna Mae Franklin McCoy; his brother Harry McCoy; his granddaughter Missy McCoy-Moretine; and his daughter-in-law Melissa McCoy.
He is survived by: his wife Norma McCoy of Archie, Missouri; and his children, Michael James McCoy (Reta) of Archie, Donna Kay McCoy of Raymore, Dixie Diane Williams (Toby Scott) of Archie and Thomas Gavin McCoy (Jillian Marie) of Ottawa, Kansas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
