She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Garland Wilburn and Bessie Edna Norton Wilburn; her former husband Alvin "Pete" Mawson; her husband Charles "Chuck" Harold Blaylock of Onaga; and her siblings, Roy Garland Wilburn, Jr. and Norma Louise Wilburn Heuser.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kimberly Corrine Mawson and Jeffrey Ronald Ullmann of Kansas City, MO; her great grandchild Lillian Elizabeth; her grandson Brett Taylor Mawson of Columbia, MO; her great grandchild Alicia Hope Mawson of Springfield, MO; and her grandchildren, Kaulin Jade, Brody Allen and Kaidence Renee of Columbia, MO..
