He is survived by: his wife Anna Lee Scott; and his children, Megan Underwood of Skiatook, OK, Courtney Frazier (Braden) of Armstrong, MO, Charlene Loveless (Chad) of Mexico, MO, Justin Thornton of Texas and Kelly Tatum of Bartlesville, OK. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
