It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tanis Clay of Armstrong, Missouri, who passed away on February 28, 2026, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thaddeus "Ted" Swanegan and Evelyn Swanegan (Anderson). She is survived by: her husband Willie Clay; her stepson Demarko Clay; her aunt Delores Swanegan; her niece Shelly Swanegan; and her cousins, Debbie Tatum (Keith), Aaron Mozee (Ambrosia), Tiara Patrick and Sherry Burton. She is also survived by many neighbors and friends.
