He is survived by: his children, Matthew Tate and Teresa Tate; his siblings, John Tate (Nancy), Mary Ruiz (Omar), Diana Rowane and Margaret Catanzaro; and his grandsons, Colton Tate and Liam Peipers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
