She is survived by: her children, David Thurston of Brunswick, ME, Christopher Thurston of St. Louis and Krista Thurston of St. Louis; and her sisters, Patricia Cain and Judith Maynard (Gary) of Elizabeth, NC.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
