He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Marshall and Elsie Marshall (Dickey); and his siblings, Charles, Jr., Williard, Richard, Ina and Ellen.
He is survived by: his wife Dee; his children, Jeff Marshall (Sherri) and Lacey Bommarito (Thomas); his grandchildren, Todd Marshall (Ashley), Amanda Marshall, Claire and Hayden Bommarito; his sisters, Betty Kinder (Gene) and Dinah Byerley; and his great grandchild Kaiden Marshall.
