He is survived by: his partner Debbi Sheeley of Arnold, Missouri; his daughter Brittany Hensley of Union, Missouri; his granddaughters, Zoey Sky Henderson and Piper Star Hensley; and his siblings, Leon Paul (Debbie) of Spring Bluff, Cheryl Conaway of Spring Bluff and Trina Bailey (Rick) of Spring Bluff, Missouri. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
