It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Alvin Stokes of Ash Grove, Missouri, who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Roy and Margaret Stokes (Matthews); and his sister Sylvia. He is survived by : his wife Jacque Stokes; his children, Roy Stokes (Michelle), Alison Matthews, Melynda Hess (Dean) and Marjory Wilguess (Gregory) of Ash Grove; and his sister Jilly Waddington (David) of England. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
