He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack David and Glenna Faye Willard (Hendrix); his wife Sherry Willard; and his sister Susie Willard. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Willard (Katina) and Mark Willard (Amy); his grandchildren, Brooke Quinlan (Chanse), Blaine Willard, Luke Willard and Anna Willard; his great grandchild Lainey Jo; and his brother Paul Willard (Sharon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends.
