She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Fortner and Ruth Fortner (Wise); and her siblings, Jimmy Ted Fortner and Helen Grant. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Crawford (Arthur); her grandsons, Jonathan Miller (Andrea), Stephen Miller (Katie) and Aaron Miller (Ashley); and her stepgrandchildren, Jason Crawford (Michelle) and Nikki Medley (Justin). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; 2 step great grandchildren; other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Alzheimer Association for research and may be left with the funeral home.
