She is survived by: her husband Phill Carter of Augusta; her children, Danny Hoppe (Sherry) of Marthasville and Kathy Hoppe of Lafayette, IN; her grandchildren, Devareaux Brown (Andrew Archer) of Mulberry, IN, Emma and Avery Archer; and her sister-in-law Vonda Carter of East Prairie, MO. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
