He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Walls; his parents, Earl Walls and Marcella Walls; his brother Albert Walls; and his siblings-in-law, Verna Walls, Stephen Apted and Tom Barry.

He is survived by: his children, Mark Walls (Sandy) of Marthasville, MO, Tim Walls (Colleen) of Defiance, MO, Matt Walls (Donna) of Augusta, MO and Becky Adams of Washington, MO; his sisters, Barbara Apted and Mary Barry; and his grandchildren, Marty (Patty), Eva (Dean), Kate (Matt), Luke (Ashly), Cory (Scott), Jordan (Shannon), Cody and Samantha. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
