He is survived by: his wife Cherry; his children, David Groom of Cassville, MO., Daniel, Kelly Clayton (Stephen) of Aurora, MO. and Rachel Cargile (Kody) of Verona, MO.; and his brother Chad Groom of Florida. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
