She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Harold Baker Smith and Laura Mildred (Davis) Smith; siblings: Beverly (Smith) Thrasher, Terry Smith, and Sandy (Smith) Moreland; husband: Don "Donnie" Sparks; children: Kris (Sparks) Besch (Kevin Besch), Kerri (Sparks) Roy (Corey Roy), and Jodie Sparks (Michele (Yount) Sparks); grandchildren: Korey Besch, Kobe Besch (Hayley Besch), Kaden Roy (Sydney Roy), Annie Kelley (Kade Kelley), Wyatt Sparks (Grace Sparks), Camilla Roy, Mattie Sparks (Shawn Pennell), and Loren Sparks; great-grandchildren: Malynn Besch, Ada Kelley, Kasen Besch, Ruby Besch, Kensley Kelley, Harvey Sparks, and Baker Kelley; and many beloved nieces, nephews and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Aurora First Baptist Church (201 S Jefferson Ave, Aurora, MO 65605). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Midge's special ministry at church was her contributions to the flower committee and keeping the church beautiful.
