He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Wellington Trease and Mary Grace McCullough Trease. He is survived by: his wife Charolette "Charlie'; his daughters, Shawna Slagle of Carthage and Tracy Mauk (Craig) of Cleveland, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Chance Mauk, Dalton Slagle, Pam Slagle Gaither, Julia Oney, Lindsey Mauk and Elizabeth Slagle; and his siblings, Nancy Stripling (Sandy Cohagen) and Stan Trease.
