David Dwayne Baker Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Dwayne Baker of Aurora, Missouri, who passed away on February 11, 2026 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Elizabeth Baker (Wishon); his former wife Sharon Baker; his father William Baker; and his sister Ruby Gadberry. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Baker; his children, Tamrae Crossland (Jeff), Jeffrey Baker and Jason Baker (Penny); his grandchildren, Kyle Baker (Amanda), Kody Baker, Weston Baker (Valerie), Sheyanne Crossland, Zachary Baker, Taylor Darendinger (Joshua), Kayden Baker, Jeffrey Crossland (Amber), Megan Crossland, Kayla Conner (Zac) and Amber Crossland; and his brothers, Leon Baker (Martha), Richard Baker (Pat) and Bill Baker (Carol). He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
